1. Eligibility for Returns (We accept returns on unused equipment within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is):
In its original condition
In the original packaging
Unused and not damaged
Accompanied by proof of purchase
If the product shows signs of use, installation, or tampering, it is not eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items(We do not accept returns for):
Equipment that has been used or installed
Items purchased at a discounted or sale price
Items returned after the 14-day window
Digital goods, manuals, or training access once opened or delivered
Products damaged due to misuse or poor maintenance
3. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
