Refunds / Exchanges: Refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase only if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Customised or used products are non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery: Delivery times, shipping fees, and international shipping options are listed per product at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Items: Contact our support team immediately for assistance with damaged or lost shipments.
 

Return Policy

• Applicable only to products, not services or courses.

• Products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

• Customised or used products cannot be returned.

• Refunds are processed after inspection and confirmation that product conditions are met.
   

Treatment / Appointment Policy

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation / Rescheduling:

• Appointments may be rescheduled; deposits will be retained and applied to a new date.

• A £25 cancellation fee applies for rescheduled appointments.

• No-shows: Full treatment fee may still be charged.

• Late Arrivals: Treatment time may be reduced; deposit still applies.

Health & Safety / Contraindications:

• Treatments follow strict hygiene standards.

• Certain treatments have restrictions due to medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or sanitation requirements.
   

Academy / Training Policy

Deposits: All courses require a £200 deposit to secure registration. Non-refundable under any circumstances.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Students notifying 7 days or more before the course start date may apply the deposit to a new date.

• Less than 7 days’ notice: deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation / Refunds: Remaining course fees may be partially refundable depending on timing; deposit is always retained.

Attendance Requirements: Minimum attendance is required to qualify for certification.

Materials & Equipment: Students are responsible for any tools or products provided during training.
