1. Eligibility for Returns (We accept returns on unused equipment within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is):

  • In its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Unused and not damaged

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If the product shows signs of use, installation, or tampering, it is not eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items(We do not accept returns for):

  • Equipment that has been used or installed

  • Items purchased at a discounted or sale price

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

  • Digital goods, manuals, or training access once opened or delivered

  • Products damaged due to misuse or poor maintenance

3. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

If the item is faulty and within warranty, shipping reimbursement may be considered on a case-by-case basis.


5. Damaged or Faulty Items(If your item arrives damaged or faulty):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or video of the fault

  • Do not use or attempt to repair the item yourself

We will assess the issue and offer a suitable solution, which may include:

  • Replacement of part or full unit

  • Repair under warranty

  • Exchange if eligible

6. Training Course Refunds:

All training course payments are non-refundable once booked, unless cancelled by us. If you cannot attend, we may offer a reschedule subject to availability and at our discretion.


7. Custom or Special Orders:

Custom-made, personalised, or specially ordered equipment is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
